President Buhari has reportedly blamed his security officials for the power bike accident that caused his only son, Yusuf, to break a limb and sustain a head injury on Tuesday, December 26th. According to Thisday, President Buhari on Wednesday night was at the Cedarcrest hospital Abuja where Yusuf is being treated. His countenance showed he was not happy with the way he saw his son. He allegedly openly rebuked his security officials for allowing Yusuf and his friends ride their bike at about 8pm. A source in the presidency who spoke on condition of anonymity said: ”The president was at the hospital on Wednesday night. He was very devastated when he saw his son, Yusuf, in a very critical situation. He was shaking his head, while looking at his son and thereafter angrily reprimanded his security officials for allowing Yusuf to leave home at that time of the day for power-bike racing. Yusuf Buhari, the son of President Muhammadu Buhari, has suffered a head injury and multiple fractures, following a power bike crash in Abuja, Daily Nigerian reports. Reliable sources told DAILY NIGERIAN that the crash occurred on Tuesday night when Yusuf was racing with a friend in the capital city. ___________ “Yusuf was trying to overtake his friend when he suddenly veered off the road and skidded. He lay there unconscious for a while before the first lady was alerted,” a family source who preferred anonymity told DAILY NIGERIAN. _____________ “She ordered that he be immediately rushed to Cedarcrest Hospital, where he is currently receiving treatment. ‘MAD MAN’S CAUGHT WITH 100M CHEQUE, ATM CARDS AND CONDOMS... A self-acclaimed ‘mad man’ has been apprehended in Ilorin, Kwara State capital in the possession of 100m cheque, ATM cards, pictures he took with top politicians and an infinix phone. The middle-aged man was apprehended near a the Kwara State Ministry of Environment and Forestry along the Ahmadu Bello way in Ilorin. Others items reportedly found in the possession of the man are Valium injection, male and female condoms and infinix smartphone. The man was reported to have ran away when the mob attempted to lynch him. But the Kwara State Police Public Relations Officer, Mr. Ajayi Okasanmi, said he could not confirm the discovery of the fake madman, adding that all he saw was a picture of the purported man circulating on the social media.
